
Optometrist
Dr. Benjamin Teller is an experienced optometrist with nearly three decades of dedication to patient care, clinical leadership, and education. He earned his Doctor of Optometry and Bachelor of Science degrees from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry after completing his undergraduate studies in biology and geography at the University of Delaware.
Dr. Teller has served in a variety of leadership and clinical roles throughout his career. He was a founding partner at EyeRx PLLC, Medical Director at McTigue Ophthalmology, and a longtime partner in Primary Eye Care at Eye Doctors of Washington. In addition, he has contributed his expertise as an on-call optometrist at Kaiser Permanente and as a consultant with LCA Vision. His leadership and vision have helped shape patient-centered practices across the Washington, D.C. region.

Dr. Lobaugh earned his doctorate from the New England College of Optometry in 1997 and has dedicated his career to providing quality eye care services to residents of the Washington-Baltimore area.

Dr. Jennifer Sun graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry with honors in 2009 and has been providing high quality, personalized eye care to patients of all ages in Northern Virginia ever since. Dr. Sun’s clinical training includes externships at the Boston VA hospital, the prestigious Capital Eye Consultants, See Clearly Vision and The Eye Institute’s pediatric department. Combined with years of clinical experience in private practice, she has gained extensive knowledge in managing complex ocular conditions and pediatric eye health. Her approach combines evidence-based care with a compassionate, patient-first mindset. Dr. Sun routinely co-mangages with local industry leading ophthalmologists for cataract, LASIK/PRK, keratoconus patients including pre and post surgical care. Over the years, she has also developed a special interest in myopia management and has treated thousands of kids in slowing down the progression of nearsightedness.

A graduate of George Mason University and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Dr. Colbourne brings years of expertise in comprehensive family eye care, specialty contact lens fitting, ocular disease management, and surgical co-management (including Laser Vision Correction). He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Northern Virginia Optometric Association.

Dr. Hun Ki Hong grew up in Northern Virginia (Fairfax County) and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry. Since graduating, he has been serving the Northern Virginia community with a focus on providing personalized, comprehensive eye care.
